Design
Furniture Curation
We design spaces as holistic environments, places that support how you live, feel, and experience your home every day. Our interior design service begins with getting to know you: your lifestyle, your challenges, and the atmosphere you want to create. Through a considered design process, we develop a tailored concept that includes imagery direction, material selections, and a detailed drawing package, before refining and documenting the full scheme for construction by our Build team.
Our involvement continues throughout the build, ensuring every detail is executed with care. We collaborate closely with joiners, suppliers, and trades, maintaining design integrity from concept to completion. As the space takes shape, we curate furniture, objects, and art that bring personality and lived-in warmth to the home, either as part of a full design package or as a standalone service.
We manage every element to create a cohesive, meaningful environment and ensure your home not only looks resolved, but feels deeply personal.
Renovations
We specialise in crafting homes, whether built from the ground up or thoughtfully transformed through extensions and renovations.
We collaborate closely with our partners to realise plans of any scale, fostering clear communication and great relationships that keep projects running smoothly. By intentionally limiting the number of projects we take on, we’re able to give each home the focused attention it deserves.
Our technical foundations in fine carpentry underpin every build, from intricate kitchen and bathroom renovations to large-scale additions and custom new homes.
We combine disciplined, old-school craftsmanship with modern construction methodologies and technology to deliver work of the highest quality. The result is a home that feels cohesive, considered, and deeply connected to the way you live.
Build
It all begins with your enquiry. Through our enquiry form, we can figure out the details of your project, your vision, your expectations, and your budget. The more we understand from the start, the better we can tailor our guidance.
From there, we'll arrange a 15-minute discovery call. This is a brief consultation to discuss your project, clarify your goals, and outline the next steps. It’s an important conversation to ensure we are the right fit for what you want to achieve.
Next, we meet you on-site to review your existing home or land, to experience your space in person. Together, we’ll discuss your overall vision, scope and project spend.
If your project requires an Architect or Building Designer, we can guide you to a suitably qualified professional who aligns with your project goals, or we’re happy to work alongside your preferred designer. This ensures the project starts on the strongest possible foundation.
Once the scope is defined, we begin the design engagement. This is our dedicated six-step process designed to evoke a feeling, not just create a look.
We translate your vision into a tangible reality, from initial concepts right through to detailed documentation. We outline this entire process for you in our Interior Design Journey guide.
Step five is our Pre-Construction Planning. This is a formal engagement where we collaborate closely with you and your design team.
We provide transparent cost guidance and detailed estimates to ensure the design aligns with your budget. This early alignment is crucial—it avoids costly surprises and sets a strong foundation for a successful build
With the design and Pre-Construction Planning stages complete, we prepare and present a detailed Build Contract for your review. This document clearly outlines the full scope of works and specifications, marking the official transition from planning to the realisation of your home.
Then, the build commences. Our team brings every detail to life with precision, and we keep you closely connected through our fortnightly site meetings. These meetings are central to our process, allowing us to walk through the progress, discuss the work schedule, and ensure there are no surprises, keeping you fully informed as your home takes shape.
As your home takes shape, we commence the Furniture Curation Journey—a six-step process running concurrently with construction. This ensures that furniture, art, and styling elements are carefully selected and seamlessly integrated for a true turnkey finish. As the build reaches completion, we coordinate the installation of all furnishings and styling. We also carry out a detailed inspection of all works to rectify any defects before we hand the home over to you.
Handover Day is when we walk through every element of your new space together, ensuring you feel confident and connected to your home. Then, we hand you the keys.
But our support continues well beyond that day through our Aftercare and Maintenance Program. At the 12-month mark, we complete a complimentary Home Maintenance Check. Should any urgent concerns arise during this period, our team will respond promptly.
